Back to School Backpack Campaign 2024
Amidst the ongoing cost of living crisis affecting families across the UK and beyond, many are faced with difficult choices, such as choosing between heating their homes or feeding their families. For these vulnerable families, providing basic school supplies for their children is often an unattainable goal. The increasing number of families relying on food banks and charities for support underscores the urgency of addressing this issue.
Campaign Goals:
- Alleviate the financial burden on struggling families by providing essential school supplies.
- Ensure that children from disadvantaged backgrounds have the necessary tools to succeed academically.
- Promote a sense of belonging and inclusion among students who might otherwise feel socially excluded due to their circumstances.
