2024 Winter Warmer Campaign

Hand on Heart in partnership with Beta Charitable Trust are now gearing up for the flagship November Winter Warmer Homeless Campaign with the added twist of the 30-Day Homeless Challenge just like last year and we need your help!
HoH aims to provide 2000 Winter Warmer Essential Packs throughout the month of November in its 30 Day Homeless Challenge!  As winter approaches, the campaign aims to address the harsh conditions faced by those experiencing homelessness and vulnerable groups throughout the UK. Given the ongoing economic struggles, including inflation and the high cost of living, many individuals and families are being pushed into homelessness or are on the brink of poverty.  HoH have seen an increase in the number of service users through the spring and summer months and it is now our time to provide these much needed essentials.
This campaign is a vital effort to provide warmth, dignity, and essential supplies to those who are most vulnerable during the cold winter months.
Winter Warmer Essential Packs:
1. Each pack will be carefully filled with essential winter items, which include:
  • Hoodies
  • T-shirts
  • Thermals (top and bottom)
  • Thermal socks (3 pairs)
  • Underwear (3 pairs)
  • Winter gloves
  • Woolly hats
  • Deodorants

2. We will ensure that our guests receive these items in high-quality rucksack.
